so yesterday i bought a fancy new bike with a basket and good stuff but its kinda loserish not vintage cool more practical city riding type stuff.
but i am buying a new imac with lots of fancy stuff... like final cut. cos yeah im a totally like amazing filmmaker now except i have no idea how to do so much in terms of the computer side of things. but just wait and ill be a total professional youtube whore in no time.

so after three weeks of stupid essay researching, note taking and writing hopefully friday will see me with only a year left of my undergraduate studies.
in EXCITING news (not really for me but im living vicariously through my loser boyfriend) i managed to snag two tickets to Dave Eggers at MWF! didnt get Clive James but give me pay day and we'll see what happens. one of us is very excited but guess which one of us loves writers stuff cos it means losers lineing up for book signings! yay for signed books!
in SAD news (and in all respects this is sad... ) the catch-up's last episode is on friday. so the show is really bad, i get that but for the past six months is has got me through till midday very nicely and so i might be a little addicted. but parenty nine are screening midday movies which is great cos now i get two choices over holidays.

im letting everybody know that... wait for it... drumroll...
i just deleted my myspace account,
i know my exciting and bubbly myspace personality will be missed...
hardly at all.
but i shall never ever delete my lj, cos well its not nearly as hip
and nobody actually reads it anymore so it shall remain as a quaint memoir of my
bygone youth.
anyway so this and email are probably the best ways to contact me these days,
and phone of course but thats been proven a little/lot unreliable over the past couple a years.

i feel like dancing to the rolling stones all night long.
fords playing troff faggot party this friday.
i may be there. little apprehensive.
if you are thinking of going msg me so i know ill have someone to dance with.
i guess this is my merry christmas and happy new year post.
cant see the urge to post coming along again any time soon.
hope everyone gets what their hearts desire.
getting lots of dental work done at the moment.
guess thats the highlight of my week really.
and its hot and my car doesnt like it which is creating problems.
plus im a bad person to want to be a friend of.
making an effort is just a little scary at the moment.
my hermitage is pleasant and unscary.
so im rude. ill stand you up/ignore you. but feel truly guilty about it.

do you love that im updating from uni library - how rmit circa 2003 of me.
so ford and i signed a lease for a place on friday so spent the weekend moving in, definately the weather for it. anyway im just gonna gush for 2 seconds, its big and lovely, on peel st right across from the vic market and below budget. but its carpeted and i prob wont be allowed a cat but thats ok. havent told anyone or invited them round (not that anyone would of but dont feel like i dont love you and thats why i havent said anything) cos im just really busy with work and packing and moving and unpacking and starting back at uni but will definately in the coming weeks.
work is killing me, i did everyday last week with 5:30am starts. and this will continue till i get another job which im not looking very hard for.
apart from that life is as always, oh and i really wanna see capote.
